The 2026 Arizona is Home Program continues to provide valuable homeownership opportunities across Arizona. Annual funding for the program is capped at $55 million. With approximately $37 million in funding still available, we anticipate program availability through September, making now an excellent time to help eligible borrowers take advantage of this opportunity.
Updated Arizona is Home County AMI Limits
Effective with all new reservations, on or after July 1, 2026, the Arizona is Home Program will implement updated Area Median Income (AMI) limits for the following counties:

Home+Plus County income limit for all counties in Arizona is $155,386.00.
To become an approved participating mortgage lender for the Arizona IDA Down Payment Assistance programs, your company must be approved by our master servicer, The Money Source (TMS), through its Home Mortgage Housing Finance Agency Division, and sign a Mortgage Origination Agreement with the Arizona IDA.
There is no application fee to join as a participating lender in the Arizona IDA program. However, we ask that you complete a Lender Pre-Screen Application.
