Zoom Meetings/Classes For Home Plus DPA
Dirk Swift, Home Plus Program Administrator, hosts Zoom training sessions. Each session targets a different audience and will address specific topics targeted to that audience.
*The AzIDA Home Plus DPA Program is an Arizona only program. Topics covered will be relevant to Arizona only.

We will discuss the HOME Plus program features, benefits, and current trends. This session will NOT discuss specific operational how to’s, like making reservations, drawing closing documents, etc… This is also not the Home Buyer Pre-Purchase Education Course.

Home Plus Process and Procedures for: Processors, Underwriters, Closers, and Post-Closings*
We will cover: how to make a new reservation, modify an existing reservation, download and draw closing documents, uploading documents into the system, and the underwriter certification process.
