A NEW PROGRAM FOR ARIZONA HOMEBUYERS AS OF APRIL 1, 2024

The Arizona Is Home Mortgage Assistance Program is a first-time homebuyer program that provides below market 30-year fixed interest rates combined with 4% of down payment assistance / closing cost assistance. The Program is available in the following Arizona Counties: Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma. Eligible homebuyers must have annual incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The Arizona IDA offers the Arizona Is Home Program in all Arizona Counties except for Pima and Maricopa.

Home Plus Home Buyer Income Limit Raised - May 1st, 2020

Home Plus Home Buyer Income Cap Raised to $109,965

Effective with new loan reservations on and after May 1st, 2020 the AzIDA HOME Plus borrower income increased to $109,965. (an increase of more than $4,500)

  • The Fannie & Freddie 80% AMI figure and the income limits on the non-forgivable DPA options will remain unchanged for now.
 

Through our new partnership with Mountain West Financial (wholesale) the AzIDA HOME Plus program is now available to mortgage brokers throughout Arizona.

 

Also, as a reminder,

  • ALL the HOME Plus DPA options are active and available.
  • We have not had any delays in service or funding.
