Find a DPA-Approved Program Lender Near You
The Arizona IDA has developed training and support tools for approved lenders. Video and document training are continually updated as the DPA programs evolve to meet market trends and lending requirements.
Each approved participating lender has the delegated authority to determine who within their origination participates in the Arizona IDA DPA programs and to what level of involvement they will have.
Although the Lender is approved for the Home Plus and Arizona Is Home programs, not every Loan Officer (LO) is knowledgeable about or actively involved in one or both of these programs. When contacting a Lender, ask to speak with a Loan Officer who is familiar with both the Home Plus and Arizona Is Home programs to discuss and help determine the best option for you.
If you’re not satisfied with the Loan Officer’s knowledge, answers, guidance, or communication style, end the conversation and contact a different Lender or Loan Officer. Many experienced, helpful, and dedicated Loan Officers are experts in the Home Plus and Arizona Is Home DPA programs and would be happy to assist you.
Each lender establishes its own fees, which can include processing fees, underwriting fees, and origination fees. These fees can vary from lender to lender.
Some lenders impose origination fees on transactions, while others do not. While origination fees are permitted, they are not mandatory for participation in the Home Plus or Arizona Is Home down payment assistance programs.
Finding the nearest participating Program lender is easy. By entering your zip code, address, or a lender name, search results will display nearby locations. If your device has location sharing enabled, it should display lenders near your current location.
By clicking on a lender result, a location pin will appear along with additional information. Some listings may include a website that opens in a new tab when clicked. You can also click the phone number to place a call.
